I encountered this lightening strike during a visit to New York in 2018 for a corporate shoot. I was in the Dumbo neighborhood of Brooklyn when the weather suddenly changed to stormy. I took cover under the tree framing this print. That is the moment I experienced this extraordinary lightening strike and was lucky enough to capture it with my camera.
